INTRODUCING OUR 200 HRS
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programmes are led by creative and professional teachers in our fully-equipped center.
The practitioners are also supported by a holistic point of view besides the physical aspects of yoga.
In this 200 Hours YTT students will learn classical hatha postures and their variations by appyling and and teaching them. The practices will be based on a combination of anatomy knowledge and supportive breathing/releasing techniques.
Practitioners will learn about the history, styles (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Raja) and the philosophical aspect of yoga.
